Bailey Zimmerman is more than just a country singer. He is a storyteller, a songwriter, a performer and a history-maker. He has achieved platinum status with his debut EP, Leave The Light On, which broke streaming records and topped the charts. And he is ready to take his career to the next level with his first full-length album, Religiously. The Album., coming out on May 12 via Warner Music Nashville/Elektra Records.
Zimmerman's music blends traditional country themes with modern rock energy and catchy hooks. He draws inspiration from his small-town upbringing in Louisville, IL, where he learned the art of storytelling from his grandfather and his friends at the family car dealership. He writes songs that resonate with listeners of all backgrounds and ages, with a mix of humor, emotion and soul.
"I want my music to mean something," he says. "I want it to make people feel something, to have an impact on their life. I think that's what makes it connect so well with the audience."
Religiously. The Album. showcases Zimmerman's versatility and vision as an artist. It features 12 tracks that range from anthemic rockers to heartfelt ballads, all co-written by Zimmerman and some of Nashville's finest songwriters. The album also includes his two No. 1 hits, "Leave The Light On" and "Religiously", as well as his current single, "Good As Gone", which is climbing the charts.
Zimmerman is excited to share his new music with his fans, who have been supporting him since day one. He is also looking forward to hitting the road and performing live again, after the pandemic forced him to cancel his planned tour last year.
"I can't wait to get back on stage and see the fans," he says. "They are the reason I do this. They are the ones who make this dream possible."
Bailey Zimmerman is not just a rising star in country music. He is a force to be reckoned with, a voice of a generation, and a name you won't forget.
