Country Fan Fest is a family friendly music festival and strives to provide the best guest experience. No weapons of any kind are allowed in the event or in the festival area, open fires are not allowed, no pets and no motorized golf carts or ATV's. Please read through the FAQ's for more details.
Can I upgrade my ticket?
Yes, if seats are available. You may also upgrade your 1-day pass to a 4-day pass. Upgrade prices are based on the price of the ticket you wish to purchase minus the value of your current ticket. If possible upgrades should be done in advance.
Can I bring my pet?
No, for the safety of your pet and festival goers, we ask that you leave your pets at home.
Do I need a pass to get into the campgrounds?
Na pass needed and Camp Site access is for one sleep campers and one car or truckonly. Each camp site can have two steering wheels and up to 6 people
At what age do I have to pay for children?
Children’s General Admission passes can be purchased online. Children’s prices are for ages 5-12 years of age. Children 4 and under are free. The child discount applies to General Admission passes only. There is no child discount available for the VIP passes.
Is smoking allowed?
Yes, it is allowed in designated smoking areas only.
What time do the gates and box office open?

What are the hours of the water park?
10 AM to 6 PM Thur-Sat and the Aquatic Center is free with your paid admission. Keep in mind the occupancy at the Aquatic Center is 500 persons and is strictly enforced. Please be considerate of your fellow festival goers and limit your time so all attendees have a chance to cool off.
Are there showers?
Yes and there is no cost!
How do I get Meet and Greets?
You can win them from your favorite Country Radio Station, at the event or via our social media accounts
Can I bring my ATV or Golf Cart?
No, Due to insurance policies we can't allow non-event staff to use
ATV's or Golf Carts.
What is the cost of parking?
What is the cost of parking? Premium Parking closest to the Main Gate is available for purchase here for $40 for the weekend. Weekend Parking is also available for purchase here at the General Admission Parking Lot for $20. Single-Day Parking will be available at the General Admission Parking Lot for $10 CASH ONLY when you arrive."

Prices will continue to climb as the date gets closer. The best price is the price you see on the web site today.
QUESTION: WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY WRISTBAND? CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT?
Yes, another good reason we switched to RFID technology. Treat your wristband like any other valuable. If you do happen to lose it, first and foremost, don't worry as long as you have registered it! If you lose your wristband, we immediately deactivate the RFID chip in the lost wristband and replace it with another wristband, complete with all your information. Should you lose your wristband at the festival, you will need to go to the Customer Service window and show a valid form of identification to get a replacement. There will be a $25 replacement fee.
QUESTION: I PURCHASED MY TICKET BUT WHEN I TRY TO LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT, IT WON'T LET ME IN
In most cases such as this, it is likely you haven't received your order confirmation or the "PDF" ticket download link emails either. The reason is possibly an incorrectly entered email address when setting up your account. To resolve, please contact the appropriate Event Website Contact number to confirm the email address on file for your account is correct.
QUESTION: I PURCHASED TICKETS BUT AM NOW UNABLE TO ATTEND THE EVENT. CAN I RETURN THEM FOR A REFUND?
Unfortunately no, we do not offer refunds, as all sales are final.
QUESTION: IS THERE RE-ENTRY?
Yes, you can exit at the main Entrance Gate. Upon return, you will go through the same security checkpoint; bag check, body scan, wristband inspection and redemption. Alcohol, food and beverages are not allowed through the gates, either entering or exiting.
QUESTION: DO YOU OFFER 1-DAY VIP TICKETS?
No. All VIP seats are sold as a multi day ticket. You can select the split ticket option box at checkout on VIP ticket purchases.
QUESTION: CAN I SPLIT MY 4-DAY GA?
Unfortunately, we do not split 4-DAY GA tickets into single days. You have a choice of either single day general admission or 3-day general admission ticket packages.
QUESTION: HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER & GET MY TICKETS IF I DON'T HAVE AN EMAIL?
If you do not have an email address, and are not interested in making one, we can still mail your wristbands to your home address. Review online what you would like to order, then we can take your order over the phone at 855-948-6255. You can also purchase General Admission tickets at authorized ticket outlets - listed on this website.
QUESTION: WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY WRISTBANDS?
Wristbands are scheduled to be mailed a few weeks prior to the festival. Wristbands will continue to ship right up until two weeks prior. Any wristbands not mailed out can be picked up at will call with a valid form of identification. If your wristbands are lost in the mail, please call the Country Fan Fest office 1-(800)-971-7088 .
QUESTION: I DO NOT LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES, HOW DO I RECEIVE ME WRISTBANDS?
Wristbands for all international customers will be available to pick up at will call during the festival with a valid form of identification. Please remember the name on the tickets must be the name of the individual picking them up.
QUESTION: MY FULL EVENT TICKET ORDER ONLY SHOWS ONE SINGLE TICKET FOR "ALL DAYS" IN MY EMAIL. HOW DO I SPLIT IT INTO SINGLE DAYS?
The "split ticket" option is not available for all ticket types. If this option is available, a "split ticket" check box will appear on the ticket item in the shopping cart that must be selected before check out. If you received your full event ticket as an "all days" ticket and want to split them, please contact Elevate Ticket Purchase Support to see if the option is available. Also, please check the festival's website for more information. PLEASE NOTE: There may be a split ticket fee associated with this service.
QUESTION: WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRINT AT HOME TICKET IS DUPLICATED? CAN I PRINT MY TICKET MORE THAN ONCE?
First, please treat your Print at Home ticket as any other valuable (even cash)! The ticket can be printed numerous times, but only the FIRST ticket that gets scanned will be allowed admission. So, we recommend only printing one version of your ticket and then putting the PDF in a secure location.
QUESTION: WHAT IF I AM ON MY WAY TO COUNTRY FAN FEST AND FORGOT MY WRISTBAND?
In this case, you will need to go to the Will Call Trailer. A customer service rep will be able to look your order up by verifying your personal information. You will need to pay a $25 replacement fee.
QUESTION: HOW DO I LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT?
Please follow these instructions in order to log into your account:
1. Click the "My Account" link at the bottom of the page.
2. Enter your username and password and click "Log In".
3. Click the "Order History" tab and download your tickets directly to your desktop.
QUESTION: HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Once your order has been placed you cannot go back into your account and edit it. If you have made a mistake or would like to edit your order, please contact the Event Website Contact number and they will help you.
QUESTION: WHAT DOES VIP/RESERVED/GENERAL ADMISSION SEATING MEAN?
VIP generally references the seats closest to the stage with additional VIP courtesies such as catered meals, free drinks, etc. (check the event website for specific details). Reserved Seating generally references seats just behind VIP that are assigned to the customer that purchases them. (sometimes there are no VIP tickets, just Reserved Seating). General Admission references simple access to the event without add-ons such as Reserved Seating, VIP, and/or courtesies designated for other Seating Ticket types
QUESTION: AFTER I PURCHASED MY ORDER I NOTICED THAT MY CARD HAS BEEN BILLED $1.00?
This "Authorization" is a temporary charge to your account to establish if the account is valid and contains sufficient funds for your purchase order. This $1.00 charge "falls off" your account and is NOT an extra fee.
QUESTION: I'M NOT SURE IF AN ORDER I PLACED PROCESSED? I'M AFRAID THERE MIGHT BE DUPLICATE ORDERS?
There is a simple way to know if you have placed an order; if you have gotten an "order number" or your browser directed you to an order number "confirmation page", then you have placed an order that has gone through. If you are still not sure, contact the Event Website Contact number and they will be able to verify this for you.
QUESTION: HOW DO I ORDER TICKETS IF I LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE COUNTRY?

QUESTION: HOW LATE CAN I ENTER / EXIT THE CAMP GROUNDS WITH OUR TRAILER OR VEHICLE?
Entry and exit to and from the campgrounds ends at dusk, all campers arriving after dusk will have to park in GA parking until re-opening at 9AM the next morning.
DO I NEED A CAMP ACCESS PASS?
I PURCHASED A 4-DAY PASS, DOES THAT MEAN I GET TO CAMP?
No. Camping and Admission are 2-separate purchases. A 4-day wristband allows you into the campground to participate in activities and the campground concerts (including the after-party), but does not allow you to sleep in the campground. In order to sleep and stay overnight in the campground, you will need to purchase a campsite.
I PURCHASED A CAMPSITE, WHAT DO I GET WITH THAT?
You are allowed to have up to 8 people in your campsite. Each of them must have a 4-day GA wristband to stay overnight in the campground.
WHAT TIME DO THE GATES OPEN AND CLOSE?
Gates will open on Wednesday, July 28th at 10 AM. All campers must pull into the campground NO LATER THAN 9:30 PM or you will be asked to camp in the GA Parking area until the next day when gates open again to the campground. This is for the safety of the attendees that are in the campground that are walking around and participating in activities. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. Please plan accordingly to get to the campground on-time so you can get your campsite set up for the week. The same rule applies for exiting the campground. We cannot let vehicles be driving around entering and exiting past 9:30 PM, it is too dangerous after dark with thousands of people in the campground area. If you know you are going to need to leave, please park your vehicle in the GA Parking area. There is no time restraint on coming into or leaving the GA Parking area, ONLY the campground.
Gates will open on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 8:00 AM.

No! You can bring an empty water bottle and there will be locations where you can fill that up but we do not allow outside food or drink into the main venue, bags will be searched at the gates.
